1. Acceptance
By downloading or using RunCalc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
RunCalc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
3. Subscription
RunCalc Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
4. Free Tier
The free tier of RunCalc provides limited functionality. A subscription is not required to download or use the app.
5. HealthKit
Use of HealthKit data is subject to Apple's HealthKit terms. RunCalc accesses HealthKit data solely to provide app features and does not use it for any other purpose.
6. Prohibited Uses
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or distributing the app or its contents is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
RunCalc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RunCalc fitness guidance is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RunCalc and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
